Why do we have the Fusion team?
We exist as an interface to help enable and support Here’s teams to work in a purposeful and evolving way. We also ensure that we remain a safe, well governed and legally compliant organisation.
How do we work?
We work pro-actively and with sensitivity to offer advice, expertise and guidance to our colleagues, teams and services, following a team advice process in order to seek well-rounded responsible solutions. We are also developing flatter and more efficient systems for managing finances.
What do we do?
We manage human resources, finance and facilities, as well as providing administrative assistance to our board and operational support to our primary care practice, the Benfield Valley Hub.
Meet the team
I ensure our office space is well looked after and is a healthy and safe place to work. I play an active part in improving equity and fairness across Here, staying connected with what matters to all of those I work with and encouraging a sense of camaraderie.
I enjoy helping people understand and navigate the world of payroll and pensions. I believe if something’s worth doing, then it’s worth doing properly and to the very best of your ability.
My role involves translating organisational needs and visions to vital functions within the Fusion team, providing cross-organisational support to colleagues and a fair bit of diary wrangling. I care about helping Here to be an enjoyable, inter-supportive and learning-driven place to work.
My role is to oversee the company’s finances. I constantly develop myself by embracing new challenges and particularly enjoy interacting with people across our organisation to support them to achieve their goals.
I provide the link between informatics and finance. I'm passionate about simplifying processes and seeking opportunities to enable teams to work more efficiently. I can also recite most of Harry Potter.
My role is to provide human resources support to a lovely and diverse group of people. I’m passionate about the world and how we can work together to make it a better place.
