Transformation Coach


We are looking for a Transformation Coach to join the Workflow team.

The Team

You will be working within the Workflow Team, a national team supporting practices to shift the processing of clinical correspondence from GPs to administrators in England, Scotland and Wales. Our team is made up of Transformation Leads (who sell Workflow and manage our external relationships), Transformation Coaches (who support practices to implement remotely via reach in support and overseeing our helpdesk) and Senior Transformation Coaches.

Our Workflow programme uses a blended learning approach of e-learning modules, videos, workshops and video conferencing to enable practices to learn the core skills needed for make this change. Data is a big part of our offer to practices and we ensure they have the right information to make good decisions and maximise their potential.

The role

We are looking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will be at the forefront of supporting transformation in General Practice initially through the Workflow programme.

You will work with a team of Transformation Coaches and Senior Transformation Coaches to support practices to implementation Workflow well and create opportunities for other areas of transformation.

You will be the ‘key’ contact for the administrators, practice managers and GPs implementing Workflow and will support them to embed the programme and create change within their practice.

You will do this by monitoring their implementation data and providing virtual ‘reach in’ support as well as being a part of a team that answers helpdesk queries.



What is needed

You will be able to form strong working relationships where you can motivate clients to work collaboratively within a General Practice.

You will need to understand how at least 1 GP clinical system works in the operational running of a General Practice.

You will be able to work as part of a team in the delivery and implementation of Workflow working through the obstacles and problems through coaching the practice staff.

You will be highly organised and be able to schedule your and your team’s work.

You may need to travel across the country to support practices as part of your work.

Our Offer

  • £21,282 to £27,672 per annum pro rata
  • 37.5 hours a week over 5 days Monday to Friday worked flexibly as required due to travel
  • NHS Pension
  • You will be based in our brilliant offices in Brighton
