Jobs in the Practice Unbound team

Business Manager, Practice Unbound

Description

Who we are

Welcome to Here. We help people to live well. Through partnerships with primary care and providers in health and social care, we create health services and solutions which are shaped around the needs of the person. We are a not-for profit, social enterprise, membership organisation based in Brighton delivering in Sussex and nationally.

Our Practice Unbound team develops new ways of working with GP practices to transform the ways they work. Workflow is currently our largest area of work. We are working across the UK with CCGS, Federations and GP practices.

The role

You are the key person that will provide the information that will help focus and drive the work of your peers and wider team. We need information to flow throughout the team and specifically to help our commercial team to ensure we are running our service efficiently and on target to meet our ambitions. You will understand all our activity related to performance in order to guide our efforts and energy to the most appropriate business solutions.

What is needed

You will be able to form strong and effective working relationships where you can motivate people to achieve the best business solutions. You will enjoy working in a fast moving and dynamic environment with people who are passionate about delivering our purpose. You will have the ability to respond to changing environment using data to build solutions and make good decisions.

What helps

People who do well here are those who care: about the broader system, about each other and about themselves. We believe the capacity to lead is within us all: we need your expertise to best enable others to do their work.
