To help us on that journey we are seeking two inspirational, visionary and experienced Non-Executive Directors for our Board (one of whom will serve as the Chair) who share our ethos and values and can help lead the organisation to the next level of success.

Role: Chair
Commitment: Approximately 4-6 days a month
Remuneration: £25k per year
Tenure: 3 years; ability to extend by mutual agreement


Role: Non-Executive Director
Commitment: Approximately 2-3 days a month
Remuneration: £8-10k per year
Tenure: 3 years; ability to extend by mutual agreement

Who we are looking for

We would particularly welcome individuals with a commercial background, experience of scaling and growing a business or community engagement.

Here’s leadership team do not currently represent the diverse communities we are privileged to serve. Therefore, we are actively looking to recruit a Chair and NED who come from a black or minority ethnic community or member of other under-represented groups of people.
