Why do we have The Circus team?
Circus provides Here, and the services it partners to deliver, with a resource and support to enable the development of wholeness, purpose and self-management which puts our purpose into action in everything that our services do.
How do we work?
We explore, model and embed new ways of working within the organisation. We are a self-managed team who uses the advice process to guide our work. We live and work by our principles: fun, inclusivity, purpose, fearlessness, action, sense, wholeness.
What do we do?
Our work is project-based and focussed on the key areas: training and development, communications and identity and self and environment.
