MSK Patient Care Advisor/ Administrator

Description

The Sussex MSK Partnership (SMSKP) is managed and coordinated centrally by HERE. The Patient Care Advisor is central to this function, administering all aspects of administrative service delivery, including the booking of patients, coordination of diagnostic results, working with clinicians, resolving queries and supporting delivery of services that exceed patient expectations.

Main Duties of the Job

Patient Care Advisors will work within their allocated pathway, ensuring seamless delivery of the pathways services. They will work with GP practices, hospital and community staff and clinicians to navigate patients to the most appropriate services for their needs in an accurate and timely manner. They will support the delivery of efficient clinical services by ensuring that patients are proactively managed at all stages of their care.

Our offer

  • £20,500 a year annum pro rata (this will automatically increase to £21,500 after 1 years service unless there are notable performance concerns).
  • The role is a substantive post. We are open from 8am – 7pm Monday – Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week (Full time/ part time and flexi time will be considered)
  • Based in Brighton

Pathway Operational Manager

Description

There is an opportunity for a substantive role as a Pathway Operational Manager within the Sussex MSK Partnership (SMSKP). This role will be largely based working from Brighton and you will be expected to work flexibly across sites in accordance with the needs of the service. This will be a permanent, full-time role, although part time / flexible working will also be considered.

The Pathway Operational Manger (POM) will work alongside an existing team of other POMs in a collaborative and supportive environment. The POM will be aligned to one of the anatomical pathway teams that make up the service, although much of the role will be looking at how we can integrate more as a service.

They will be jointly responsible for the management of demand and capacity within the service and ensuring a high standard of quality of care for patients. They will supporting the Senior Patient Care Advisor manage a team and making sure colleagues are being developed in their roles. They will also be in regular contact with a team of clinical staff.

IAS Administration Assistant

Details

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and bright, friendly individual to work in a busy and varied role requiring excellent administration and people skills. Working a mixture of shifts between 9:00 and 20.30 during the week as well as weekend working (between 8:00-14:00) this exciting role will be based in Brighton & Hove and also involve working from various locations across East Sussex.

The successful candidate will need to be able to drive and have access to a car as well as have diary/ rota management experience and excellent customer service skills. Working autonomously for some of the time, the ability to think quickly and adapt to changes as they happen and excellent IT (including trouble shooting) skills are essential. Experience working within the primary care sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

We are looking for a new Onboarding & Development Manager to join our Improving Access Team. We are passionate about Primary Care and finding innovative ways of improving how patients access care. We are constantly looking at ways to improve the patient Journey, as for most this is where the healthcare journey starts.

The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing how we onboard our clinical and non-clinical workforce ensuring the best experience into the service as well as having the right systems in place to ensure staff are compliant and up to date with the necessary documentation to work in a clinical setting, keeping patients safe.

We are looking for a new Project Coordinator to join our Improving Access Team. We are passionate about Primary Care and finding innovative ways of Improving how patients access care. The role will support with Project and Administrative tasks across all our services including our work with Urgent Care and the redirection of Primary Care from the front door in A&E.
