The Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service offers a variety of different NICE compliant psychological therapies.
Our team will assess your needs during an initial appointment lasting about 60 minutes. If you and your therapist agree that treatment is the best option for you, we will offer you support that meets your current needs and is led by one of our qualified mental health specialists.
