What it's like to work at Here?
Focusing on what matters
We believe in enabling people to take control of their health care journeys – we help to change the way health and wellbeing services work so care can focus on what matters to individuals.
Creating true partnerships
We enable transformational change to health and social care systems and communities. We look for opportunities to integrate and redesign services, so they support what matters to the people who need them or those who ask us for help.
Being authentic
Our culture is one that enables everyone to come to work as their ‘whole’ selves. For most of us, work takes up a big part of our day. We want to ensure that it’s enjoyable and speaks to us on a level deeper than ‘just getting the job done’.
Looking after ourselves
We have a staff-run Wellness Group that enables people to create initiatives that support orgainsational wellness and wholeness. This has included running, yoga, installing a ping pong table and providing fruit for staff. We also host mindfulness sessions for all staff twice a day.
Developing ourselves
Our development process is created around peer-to-peer conversations so we can develop ourselves in ways that help the organisation to do better work and help individuals to thrive in their job.
Listening to each other
We have a staff-run Time & Spaces Group who run organisational wide projects to ensure that every voice from the organisation is heard.
